Easy way to keep kids from accessing network (password protect?)

I have Mandrake 10.0 set up with a user group for my kids to play games. How can I easily prevent them from accessing the network, preferably by password protecting it. I would like to be able to supervise access to the network with them to play BZFlag and such.
Thanks!

Easiest way to do this is to make sure your PC starts with networking switched off. Then whenever you want to use it do a

su
service network start

su is automatically password protected (or it should be)

You can also use iptables with module 'owner' and specify some restriction for the user you want to limit
