Dropped connections...

I am running BackTrack 2, and my wireless internet keeps getting dropped. It's a secured connection, and after I browse around the internet a while, I get dropped and am unable to reconnect. Sometimes I have to use WiCrawl to get the Wireless Assistant to establish the connection. But even then, after a while, I am unable to reconnect to it until the next day. I have the proper WEP key, my wireless card works, I can see the network... I am just unable to connect. Any thoughts?
