Probably can be installed with the command: yum install system-config-bind
I like to use webmin for setting up the servers.

Installing bind doesn't install config tools.
I run webmin from the konqueror but you can use any browser as root user.
http://localhost:10000
or you may have https://localhost:10000

You should be able to run it from gnome using whatever filemanager they have.
What do you get from the command: service webmin status ?

Unknown service when run the command. But i have installed it using yum install system-config-bind. I also configured /etc/resolv.conf to point to myself nameserver 127.0.0.1, now where r those cached entries in the DNS console whenever I browse the net.

What that means is you have installed system-config-bind and you have not installed webmin.
You can use system-config-bind if you want by running the command:
system-config-bind
