Question DHCP Server


Im trying to set up a DHCP server on my linux server. Anyone knows of some good howtos or doc for this??

And does the ip have to be xxx.xxx.xxx.1??

A simple search at Google for "DHCP server HOWTO linux" brought up these results (among others):
