Destination host unreachable, solution?

Hello there!

In the Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager I have two Debian Jessie VMs.
How do I have to set up the network in order to ping the vms among themselves and other webpage likes for example?
I have tried to bridge the wifi and the ethernet of the virtualbox.
ping <ip> returns a destination host unreachable.
ping returns an unknown host.

Anyone help please?

Here are two screenshots:

First off your servers are on 2 different networks. If you need to leave them this way you are going to need a router in order for the traffic to get to each serve.
