Unhappy creating a vpn tunnel to windows 2003 machine with ISA2003 using IPSec from RHES 3.0


hi
i have spent some time now on trying to figure out how to connect to a windows 2003 server running in uk thru a vpn tunnel using IPSec
i have the shared key and other info but i am not able to get it work.
i have installed IPS/WAN but was not able to make it work

please help!!!!!!!!!
