Could this happen with iptables


Can set limit of each IP or each ip or ip which uses as port 7777 and the limit to be 30 MB and when they bend the 30 megabytes of incoming traffic that ip automatically to block the ip

i don't know how will be stat maybe something like this
iptables -A A -m quota --quota 30000 -j ACCEPT
but i don't know how will happen as I said on top

...and that's why I suggested you first check 'man iptables'. Of course you're free to do whatever you want and that includes ignoring any suggestions (that could result in something along the lines of '-I CHAINNAME -i devicename -m connbytes --connbytes SOMEVALUE: --connbytes-dir original --connbytes-mode bytes -j DOSOMETHING').
