Question Connecting to the Internet using Sagem 800 and Mandrake 10.0

Hi there!
Just installed Mandrake 10.0.
I have added 'New connection' and the eagle driver was installed successfully.

As I am a subscriber of tiscali.co.uk I have set the following parameters:

PPPoA
VC MUX
VPI 0
VCI 38
First DNS 212.74.112.66 (Second DNS is the same but ends with 67)
When connecting I either get: 'Device is busy'
or: The modem gets into sync but connection fails.
To overcome the first problem I have removed all other connections. The second problem remains.

Any ideas?

Regards,
Jonathan

VCI Settings

Ive read that the 38 may have to be 26 as this is the hexadecimal value of 38 and that is what it is expecting?

Not sure exactly but no harm in trying that.
