Question Connecting to a device (say, a switch) using serial port

Hi,

I'd like to know how to connect to a device via serial port. I used to do it with Hyperterminal in Windows.

Thanks.

Serial ports are named ttyS~ (0-9)

Use a programme called Minicom to give you a terminal window.
You prob already have it installed, so do man minicom
