configuring network connection


just a quick question, right now i need to type,
dhcpcd eth0
and
ifconfig eth0 mtu 1492
everytime i restart linux. now i not to sure how to set scripts and modules to run at startup so does anyone know how i can get these commands to run at startup?

Add those commands to /etc/rc.d/rc.local . Make sure you specify the full path to the commands (ie: /sbin/ifconfig), as the path won't be set at that point.
