sureshk LQ Newbie Registered: Sep 2003 Location: Bangalore,India Distribution: redhat 7 Posts: 3 Rep:	communication across a proxy server i work behind a proxy internet server.my question : is their any way to use the legecy programs such as ping telnet without having the source code of the programs i.e install a program on my system so that the ping, telnet work properly,a program similar to router etc please help me .
