If you don't know the name or IP address of the machine, and the owner of the machine is not willing to tell you, then you probably have no business loging into that machine.

Code:
usage: ssh [-1246AaCfghkNnqsTtVvXxY] [-b bind_address] [-c cipher_spec]
           [-D port] [-e escape_char] [-F configfile] [-i identity_file]
           [-L port:host:hostport] [-l login_name] [-m mac_spec] [-o option]
           [-p port] [-R port:host:hostport] [user@]hostname [command]
Everything in brackets [] is optional, so as you can see without a hostname (or IP) you can't ssh into another machine.
