CENTOS 7 - KVM Guest (Windows 2012 Server R2) will not accept it static IP

I experienced a glitch in my network about 5 weeks back that I resolved but I found that a server I had running my home domain lost its static IP. It was working since I built it, and it runs my Local VOIP DHCP (I get my main DHCP from the XFINITY router at this time - looking to move it) and local DNS. Since that network issue (I added a Meraki MX64 FW to the mix and it screwed up my core switch. Removed the FW and everything was restored except the IP address for this server).

Now I get the funky Microsoft number IP of 167.X.X.X. I have tried switching to DHCP and still get nothing. It is like the virtual NIC or Bridge is no longer there but my other two VMs (Windows 10 workstation and an Ubuntu 20.X Server) are working fine. So I am kind of at a loss. I am a newbie to KVM so I am not sure where to start my inquires.

Cheers,

Where is that static IP configured? If you configured it on the Windows guest, use Windows tools to investigate and/or configure it again.

There are several methods of attaching a VM to a network. KVM is usually managed with libvirt, which creates a NAT network that it calls default, and which it implements with a Linuxbridge named virbr0. If you know what network attachment method you used, please elaborate. If not, we can almost safely assume it's NAT.

To find out how this guest is connected, start with the command virsh domiflist GUESTNAME, which lists the guest's NICs and their connection. You may have to be root.
