I had follow few of the things u said to me and get some new update. Unfortunately i am still couldnt able to access my ftp server from client pc.

I remember u said what kernel i use previously, i just update for both of my pc.
[eugene@localhost eugene]$ uname -r
2.6.8.1-MyKernel

I just realize why "route" and "ip route show" couldnt works in my pc, is because of the path name, i hope now can provide more information to you.

To use the route command type it as
/sbin/route

You probably did su to get to root. You should
su -
when you su this way you get root's environment.

For ssh, you have to either
1) ssh ip_address
or
2) ssh hostname

And the computer you are connecting to has to have the sshd server running.
