Cant access NFS server

What I am trying to do is to connect one linux box to nfs server.
Basically I have never had problem with that simply job.
But this time is diffrent. Here is an output on console that I receive after each try:

Code:
# mount -t nfs 10.2.2.1:/opt/x /mnt/nfs
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on 10.2.2.1:/opt/x,
       missing codepage or other error
In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
       dmesg | tail or so
I also put that into /etc/fstab:
Code:
10.2.2.1:/opt/x /mnt/nfs nfs rw,defaults 0 0
but mounting /mnt/nfs bringing this same error.
What is wrong ?

My system is
Code:
# cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Client release 5.2 (Tikanga)

# uname -a
Linux client0 2.6.18-92.el5 #1 SMP Tue Apr 29 13:16:15 EDT 2008 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

All modules loaded:
nfs 290189 0
lockd 99057 1 nfs
fscache 52385 1 nfs
nfs_acl 36673 1 nfs
sunrpc 198025 3 nfs,lockd,nfs_acl
