cannot open page

I originally posted a query regarding this on the newbie forum, but have played with it some since them and perhaps the network forum is the better place. I am running Redhat 10.0 from eth0 to a router to a cable modem. The same machine has both Windows XP and Linux on it. Everything works fine with Windows XP, so the problem is strictly on the Linux side of things. Somthing that I am not doing right in setting up the internet connection. When I bring up Mozilla, it cannot open the page.

When I set up the internet connection on Linux I set it up to automatically obtain IP address settings with DHCP, and entered a primary and secondary DNS.

Looking at the network configuration, though, I have this feeling that I am missing something, and that is why I cannot open a page. I have nothing entered for the DNS Search path, and at no point was I ever asked about a gateway. What am I missing????

The following information is what I get with ipconfig /all under Windows XP when everything is working fine:

Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
