Red face Can soomeone recommend a USB WiFi adapter for Centos 6.4 (64-bit) server?

I have two Centos 6.4 servers with latest updates, I tried three adapters (two with RTL chips, one with Broadcom chip), I downloaded the driver from RealTek and Broadcom, (I used lsusb command to figure out the chip model). Since I am not a software engineer, I can only compile the software using simple command such as ./make or ./Makefile, but there are many software issues which is far beyond my capability!

I also tried ndiswrapper, and used each version of the 64-bit ***.inf file (I tried XP, Vista, Win7 versions), when the RTL chip was used and driver was loaded, I saw the list of WiFi stations around the apartment complex, but the system immediately crash (with crazy color on the LCD screen w/o any response), I even reinstalled the system, no success, when the Linksys adapter was used, only the Vista 64-bit driver could be installed, but there is no wlan0 when I used command "iwconfig", so not success!

I am really frustrated after 2 days spent on this. Can someone recommend a USB adapter for Centos 6.4 w/o a lot of compiling or other software expertise/ Many thanks!

I use a USB device with the 8188 or 8192(Realtek) chipset and this works fine, just ./configure make && make install, or run the shell installation script. Of course you have to look around for a device which uses that setup but shouldn't be too difficult to find.
