can i set an openconnect vps as relay?

the situation:
my working pc:A-ubuntu18
my vps:B-centos7
my vpn provider:C-anyconnect/openconnect servers with 3 ip addrs(a,b,c)

I need to use A with docker containers connect to C to get a,b,c ips
the route from A to C is bad, often has 5%-10% packet lost.while from A TO B is fine.it's also good route from B to C.
so are there any ways/tools could make the vps B relay packages so containers in A can reach vpn provider C to get a,b,c ip addrs?
