Hey anomie, i fixed the problem thanks to a friend (<3 u showy) the issue was that my squid box wasn't sending the https request to the company proxy (that is the default behavior when using cache_peer), my friend told me that i need to force the connection to the company proxy with the following commands

The acl all src 0.0.0.0/0 gave me some warnings when restarted the squid but worked fine, so i commented in the squid.conf and only put the never_direct allow all and works too(with the acl line worked too but i don't like warnings )
