Can't start apache server 2.2.15 on Fedora 12-no error logs

when I installed the apache server(2.2.15) on fedora 12, and typed the following to start it

[daud@localhost ~]$ /usr/local/apache2/bin/apachectl start
httpd: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using localhost.localdomain for ServerName
(13)Permission denied: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80
(13)Permission denied: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

The error log files are in /usr/local/apache2/logs/error_log. but there is nothing in /usr/local/apache2/logs/

It seems httpd.conf file is not configured properly, can you post your httpd.conf file here?
