Can't see my Suse Box in the Network

Opensourcecers,

I have Red Hat ,Suse and Windows in my LAN, I was just wondering why my Suse Box can't be seen in the Network using Windows(and no problem with Red Hat), but in text mode I can ping all of the addresses, and one more thing... When I use the Local Network in X-windows of Suse I can see other computers in the Network, but not the Red hat boxes... I know it's only in the configuration but... I'm running out of idea... and one more thing what is the counter part of workgroup of windows in Linux?
please do help me...

thanx...
