bcmwl (5.10.91.9+bdcom) installing module (bad error status:10)

Ok i need help, I´m trying to get the b43-fwcutter working with a b4312:14e4315 chipset, it works on 10.04 intill i have to re-boot (?) then it just has no wireless at all, i´ve tried upgrading the kernel to 2.6.32 using ubuntu 9.10 but i get the error status 10 build failed.
I am pretty new to linux (and to great with computers full stop), i´ve tried following tutorials i have found but each time i end up with no wireless or a installed driver that does´nt detect any ap´s...

I have managed to get the STA driver working in the new kernel, but when i install b43-fwcutter and remove the bcmw-kerenel-source and re-boot i have no driver at all (?), i am really out my depth here but would like to get it working without it crashing like i get with 10.04 (why is it never go like clockwork for me), if anyone can help please do i know there is a lot of documentation i have been searching but i carn''t hit the nail on the head....THANX'S

Ok i managed to get it working (not sure how), but i did manually move some sta driver files into the firmware folder and the /lib/moduales/kernel/net (i stuck b43 folder), and tried installing the sta driver using cd packages from lucid 10.04 (i must say that the STA driver as worked without fault on lucid) wich proberbly got it working and re-booted-(but i had tried this from package manager about 3 times before to no avail), then i followed these instructions http://wireless.kernel.org/en/users/...and_installing , to change to b43-fwcutter and use the b43 driver, but even now it crashs when i use certaimn software and i have to reload the driver everytime i boot ( i know i could write a script to modprobe the driver on start up - not sure how to but iḿ gonna look into it), atleast it working now and sort of does what i want......
STILL NOT SORTED IT ALWAYS ON CHANNEL -1 WHEN USING MONITOR MODE, EVEN THOW I REMOVED ALL THE NETWORKMANAGER....ETC
