Thanks it worked!


Hey thanks a lot for your help! I downloaded the script with the menu it was really simple and worked pretty much straight away!

I only had a few slight problems with the DNS which I dont fully understand in the /etc/resolv.conf

I just copied the settings from my gateway.

domain wanadoo.es
search wormsrus.nz
nameserver 63.37.228.20
nameserver 62.37.228.99
nameserver 62.37.225.58

I dont understand where the last nameserver came from?? I guess kppp found it and put it in automatically or somthing??

I would certainly recommend this script to others!

Probably it did. I guess it asked your ISP for available DNSes and got 3.

Yeah I guess I put the first two in but then when I was having a look later there was the third one!
