Bandwith Meter

Hi!

I'm looking for a tool, that would allow me to benchmark the internet connection speed(max. speed not the actual usage). There are a lot of online tools for this but I'm looking for something which I could run on the server from CLI or something with a WEB interface.
Thanks!
