proxy?

i think we need to know more about how your network is set up and whether you recongnise any of these HWaddresses or IPaddresses

but some things i'm seeing:
i see only 3 machines: e8:b7:48:2b:03:00, 64:70:02:fc:b1:79, 00:08:a1:b9:8f:5e, maybe a fourth in the <incomplete>

and only the first is eth0 so these strange results may be due your ISP or perhaps a proxy is running

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proxy_ARP

again, it seems more info is needed...
due the crickets perhaps this question will be more suited for the Linux - Server forum

How many devices should you have on eth2?

arp seems to see 4 different mac addresses. Could come from virtual machines, smart devices, wireless attached to router and so forth.

To help, take the first few sets of mac addresses and look up what company might have made those eth2 ones.

Kind of doubt you have a static entry.

Any advanced users on the lan?
