Apache on FC5 does not handle Chinese.
In FC3, I changed AddDefaultCharset Off, and it worked.
This did not work on FC5.

Any idea?

I ran into this problem.
My problem was iptables was not set to allow port 80.

here's what I did...
Quote:
vi /etc/sysconfig/iptables
and added
-A INPUT -m state --state NEW -m tcp -p tcp --dport 80 -j ACCEPT

# /etc/init.d/iptables restart
