Adding WINS Server information to dhcpd.conf

Hi,
Is it possible to configure the dhcpd daemon (via dhcpd.conf) to offer WINS server info to a dhcp client?

Thanks,
Paul.

yes
put

option netbios-name-servers 192.168.1.1
(or whatever IP your WINS is on)

into your /etc/dhcpd.conf
There's a nice mini howto for setting up dhcpd here :

http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/DHCP/index.html

cheers
