Flashget can improve download speed by downloading from multiple SOURCES.

You want to speed up downloads by having 2 PCs downloading the same file ?
If those 2 PCs share the same internet connection, it may lower downloadspeed instead.

Curl can download from multiple sources, and even mix http and torrents.

Architecture:

PC(A) <------>PC(B)<-------->Server

PC(A) want to Download File by PC(B) to Server.
PC(B) similar a router.

Will need some more details about what you are trying to achieve.

I'll assume for now that server is any external source and you don't control it.

You want A to be able to tell B to download a file from server, and then A downlads the file from B ?

Upload should work the same , a tells B to upload file to server, sends file to B and B sends it to the server ?

Principal is achieve the result.
