I just loaded linux server and I have no idea how i did it...How do I get a linksys pcmcia recognized and accessing the network?

I am as new as they come.

First place to start is either the PCMCIA Howto's at www.linuxdoc.org and you can most likely get drivers at www.linksys.com as they are Linux friendly and usually have the drivers there.

Thanks for getting me that infor tricky....Any advice for a newer than new newbie wanting to learn linux...I have tried your suggestion yet but I am runing local linux server.

Well, I think the best way to start out is yeah.. you have it installed, now read as much as you can, from linux related websites or open source sites, you can try out sites like http://sourceforge.net , www.linuxnewbie.org ...etc. Also it wouldn't hurt to pick up a book so you have it for a reference type manual near by, I think it also be good to get maybe a book that is distro specific on whatever your using.
