I also think you need to improve the first post.

In a coarse guess, you may try a command line program called 'livestream'. I discovered this program a few days ago, and I am loving using it.

I know Audacity will do an Audio live stream very well. Is the an equivalent for video? I'll take it in any form of Linux

FYI cclive works with youtube input. cclive is a command line program with it's output in the directory where you initiated cclive. Try it - you'll like it. I recorded several comedy sequences for watching as in-flight entertainment.

For your information, you seem to have not even tried to see what the suggested program do. Other people that eventually read this thread will do it, I am sure they will.

You also have done anything about the bad aspects of your first post, which is not as good as it can be. Not even after two people clearly pointing it to you. This kind of attitudes makes this website, as a whole, become a bit worse than it is most of the time and for practically all people that come here for help or willing to help others. Linux Questions has several good aspects hard to find in most of other similar services.
