Network connection not going in Mint 13 KDE
Good day again, I use Mint KDE and the main trouble I have with it is that when I go to put in the password to log into my wireless net router, I get a password input window with the name wallet and is it daemon, which never accepts the router's password...

I use a TP Link router, and it works easily, or, automatically with my Android tablet, the password goes, also it works with a macbook, and Fedora 16 and 17. I never thought about the setting?
I'm having this same problem. I'm able to connect just fine with my tablet and other wireless desktop but the laptop with Mint 13 KDE doesn't connect at all. I have the correct security type (WPA2) and I'm using the right password. I have to type it in manually anyway, because I'm not broadcasting the SSID.
Anyone have any ideas? I did some searching and it seems the KDE network manager can have an issue converting the network password into the encrypted key. Someone suggested using the default #1 key found in the router config but I don't see that anywhere.
