(Legacy) Mac-style event sounds LM18 with KDE 5

Is this possible? Is there a utility to assign event sounds to the options "Restart" and "Shutdown" in the Leave menu?

I'm an old Mac user (tho' I haven't been on one since 2008), and I've run every Mac OS version from System 6.08 through OS 7/8/9 to OS X 10.3 Panther. But it's the classic (68K and PowerPC) versions I'm referring to in my Subject line.

Any ex-Macsters have any ideas or suggestions?

At least under Plasma 5.8 in openSUSE 42.3, you can customize your KDE sounds by going into System Settings -> Notifications then selecting "Plasma Workspace" as your "Event Source: ". You can select Login and Logout and select sound sources to play for those events and many more there
