how do you make a command line for nxconvert


Cant find out how to make a command line for nxconvert. I can see the manual but i need to make a line nxconvert input.jpg to output.jpg I did it once before and produced a raw jpg but have forgotten how.

Any help will be welcome.

Do you mean XnConvert?

Well almost. Xnconvert will do the same but appears only for Windows.

I did load nxconvert and it appears only to run in a terminal.

I'll try xnconvert in Playonlinux as soon as I can figure out Playlinux.

Thanks I have it working now on Linux it was xnconvert that I used last time.

The reason for all this messing is my xp640 printers card can not recognize normal jpegs it insists on raw jpgs.

Even Epson technical never new that.

There is a Linux version of XnViewMP. It has a batch conversion tool that uses the same module as XnConvert.

Another option is Converseen - it is a GUI front-end for ImageMagick, and it takes the mystery out of running ImageMagick Convert from the terminal.
