Can I safely delete boot entries in the BIOS of my 2012 Samsung laptop, and if so, how?

Thanks in advance, Linux gurus!

Bios is not really boot order other than physical device. Boot is a location or loader entry. Uefi has a shell program to modify it. Grub and other loaders can be places or edited to fix.
