Seems like my update is unable to find all the files required to do the update.
Maybe something goofy with files on update server or with my system?
says could not refresh the packages at times and other times unable to download some of the packages and update is cancelled.

Wutt to do? Wait? Could be servers are busy or doing upgrades?
Manual refresh doesn't seem to bear fruit!

I'm running Mint15Mate trying to run Mint16 Cinnamon and MateRC in Vbox. Just switched from using AMD proprietary driver to recommended one.

Is your network connection strong for the rest of the net?

Try running these.

apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

You must be root or just do

sudo su

Enter password

first before using apt.

upgraded Mint no longer have problem
