[SOLVED]Best way to upgrade from 21 to 21.1?

The upgrade to 21 went well but an hour of searching I can't find a way to upgrade to 21.1. Update manager gives an option to upgrade to 21.3 but don't want/need that. 21.1 offers what I want. Tried update manger to update to 21.3 but it didn't allow me to?

There is A LOT less bloat on 21 than 21.3 especially for an older computer. The reason to want the 21.1 upgrade was for driverless feature not available on 21. Issue solved not because I found a way to upgrade from 21 to 21.1 but finally was able to upgrade to 21.3 through update manager. From what I found is that there are non-supported ways to do the upgrade but has many risks, so it looks like no approved way to do it.
