Zipslack, pc card ethernet problem

Hi,

I have Toshiba Libretto L1, recently installed Zipslack using boot floppy. It finds USB floppy and USB flash drives except for ethernet pc card. It looks like it loads the correct module for the card cause i can see pcnet_cs module loaded. I the following error from dmesg, 1. pcnet_cs: requesting IRQ: Resouce in use
2. PCI: No IRQ known for interrupt pin A of device 00:12.0 please try using pic=biosirq

I have tried pci=biosirq, pci=noacpi but not working
I have seen many threads on this problem but no answer, please help.
Many thanks in advance.
