Hi,

Can I underclock my GPU (ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5165)? I am running Xubuntu 18.04.

Perhaps with /sys/class/drm/card0/gt_max_freq_mhz.
Perhaps with properitary drivers you can do it with the supplied tools in those too.

I would recommend not trying the first method, and I take no responsibility for your actions.
