Toshiba Satellite 1135 modem driver

I have Toshiba Satellite series 1135, I have problems installing the modem. I guess the modem driver is AC97, I cant find it anywhere what so ever. I downloaded some other driver that should work with my system (i believe its a HaM driver) But when installing HaM, it says that no directory or file found, which is ridiciouls. What to do?
