Arrow Too much battery drain on Debian 12 while streaming youtube videos compared to Windows

I get around 25% battery drain in 1 hour in Debian 12 with GNOME 43.6 while streaming youtube whereas in Windows I get around 15%. I have installed auto-cpu-freq and powertop too and also tried TLP but still battery drain is high. I get around 4.3V Average Power usage in debian which very less than what I get in Windows.
Any way to optimise battery on Debian?

Have you made sure that you have video acceleration activated in your browser? MOST linux-based browsers don't have hardware acceleration for modern codecs used by youtube enabled by default. And if it's running with software decoding, that would certainly explain the power draw.
