Synaptics TouchPad left mouse button clicks and scrolls at the same time

I have tried different distro's from Ubuntu, Fedora to CrunchBang (what I have on my laptop right now). But I keep having the same problem.
I have got a Synaptics TouchPad and everything works fine, even my vertical scroll. But my left button seems to do two things at the same time. While it does what it is supposed to do (click), it throws a scoll event at the same time. So every time I press my left button I scroll and click on something else.
This is really driving me mad.
I am using a dual-boot on my laptop, no problems with my windows config. So it couldn't be a hardware malfunction.
I looked up with "xev" what my button actually did and found this:

ButtonPress event, serial 41, synthetic NO, window 0x2c00001,
root 0x132, subw 0x0, time 15518013, (95,105), root:(462,882),
state 0x0, button 5, same_screen YES

ButtonPress event, serial 41, synthetic NO, window 0x2c00001,
root 0x132, subw 0x0, time 15518088, (95,105), root:(462,882),
state 0x1000, button 1, same_screen YES

ButtonRelease event, serial 41, synthetic NO, window 0x2c00001,
root 0x132, subw 0x0, time 15518122, (95,105), root:(462,882),
state 0x1100, button 1, same_screen YES

ButtonRelease event, serial 41, synthetic NO, window 0x2c00001,
root 0x132, subw 0x0, time 15518122, (95,105), root:(462,882),
state 0x1000, button 5, same_screen YES

That just confirmed what I saw, but from here I am lost. I can't figure out where or what to adjust.

Seems that pression are detected for two buttons: 1 and 5.
Perhaps that X watch the wrong device("event?"). Are synaptics extensions installed? Did you watch synclient command?

The synaptics extensions are installed. I'm assuming you mean the package equivalent to `xserver-xorg-input-synaptics`.
Synclient doesn't show me anything unusual, I've pasted the output here http://pastebin.com/zMD6aUYD in case I missed something.

For extra info I've gotten the device entry from `/proc/bus/input/devices` right here:
