I have an Acer Aspire 1362, AMD Sempron 2800 with VIA motherboard and Slackware 10.2 running. A few times when I was watching videos in Gxine the heat of the laptop was really hot and after a few minutes the system was "frozen". That also happened a few times when I just had the laptop switched on and doing nothing with it.
I guess that it has to do with the heat of the processor. In general it gets hot very quickly. Should I open it and clean the fan which maybe is dirty?
