sleep &wake up affects my fn key and fan speed control performance

Hello all. There is a strange problem with my Toshiba satellite L526(L510 series).

The fan speed control (that means when fan speed up , fan speed never slow down) and fn key to adjust brightness do not work unless I press Fn+F3 to sleep and wake up.

To sure the problem, I try to use some distributions like Slackware and Ubuntu which use 2.6.35 kernel, and find the issue can be reappeared 100%.
I have contracted others (use Arch) who use this model of laptop, and got the same result.

So, what happens when sleep &wake up? Or how to avoid sleep &wake up to enable my fn key and fan speed control?

Any suggestion would be appreciate.
