setting up leap or peap in ubuntu

I am using a sony vaio vgn-fs980 running windows xp and Ubuntu Studio hardy herron. I am currently enrolled in a university that uses peap or leap (peap preffered) for wireless authentication. How do I go about setting up such a connection in Ubuntu so I can use Ubuntu on campus. I have no problem with WPA or WEP

You need WPAsupplicant, which you can get from the Hardy depositories. My university uses WPA2 enterprise/PEAP for wireless, and I had no trouble connecting a P4 to it.
