Question running ubuntu on disgo notebook

I am in the process of obtaining a used disgo notebook. If it works I want to install Ubuntu and deinstall Win CE 5.0 Professional I ask if this is possible. CPU:AK7802Q216 running at 248MHZ. Internal Memory is 64MB/2GB-nand flash. RAM64MB. Any help most welcome. Many thanks
