System:
Dell C600, 20 GB HDD - 5GB/1GB (swap)/14GB Partitions, 256 MB RAM, 1.44 FDD; NO CD-ROM.

Software:
Suse 9.2 Linux (Kernel 2.6), KDE 3.4.1(a) [Primary Desktop Env], GNOME [I have all development packages installed for GNOME, KDE, Qt, X11, Apache, Perl, PHP, MySQL and Python]

Issue:
I have the Linux OS loaded and other packages loaded on the 5GB partition and I have me home directory on the 15 GB partition. My Primary partition is 99% full and I need to repartition the disks as 6.5/.5 (swap)/13 GB without hurting the existing OS/Data.

Could anyone please tell me how I could solve this problem.

I don't clearly understand what you mean by "I need to repartition the disks as 6.5/.5 (swap)/13 GB" but anyway you can always repartition your free space with a new partition which you transparently append to an existing directory (for instance under /usr or /mnt )

What I meant was this,
5GB /dev/hda --> /
14 GB /dev/hdb --> /home
1GB SWAP
Take out half of my existing swap (maximum useage on it less than 200 MB) and append it to the /dev/hda Also remove 1GB of free space from /dev/hdb and append it to /dev/hda. I need to do all this without damging the existing data. I do not know the commands/ method to execute this process. This is where I need help!
