partitioning problems with suse linux v10.1 x64 on compaq v6065

Hi

i recently bought a compaq laptop with pre installed win xp home

i am not fond of xp home, and since i have been using suse v10.1 32bit in the past with my previous desktop i wanted to install the 64bit version on my laptop now.

I encounter problems during the setup of the suse dvd

it actually doesnt let me resize/shrink the hdd partition of win and hence install linux

could sb help me on this matter?

Thanks a lot

b4 you resize make sure you defrag MS and have all up one end.
