Palm Pilot problem... help?

Hello,

Couldn't sync up with anything, so I typed this as root into the prompt:

# pilot-xfer -p /dev/pilot -t

I've chmodded /dev/pilot 777 already. Here's what I've got:

Listening to port: /dev/pilot

Please press the HotSync button now... Connected

PADP TX Unexpected packet, possible port speed problem?

Error read system info on /dev/pilot

What's wrong here?

Hi all.
I have the same problem?
I change speed to serial connection in the PAML VIIIxe a 9600bps.
Sombody have idea how to change spped to serial port (ttyS0) in linux
