network card not working


hello everbody,

i am using fedora core 4 on my acer aspire NLM3000 laptop.

it detects my network card(silicon) but communication is not going on.
i am not able to use this card whereas it is working fine in windows xp.

plz help.

1. Exact type of LAN card
2. check the setup of the LAN card (DHCP, IP adress, etc)
