I'm very interested in the idea of a Linux PDA Phone. Doing a bit of research seems to reveal that there isn't much of a viable option at this time, but I'm prepared to be proven wrong. I know there are some ways out there to install Linux onto existing PDA phones, and perhaps that could be a solution for me.
What I'd like to do is give a list of features I want, and see if anyone knows of a Linux PDA Phone solution that would work for me.
Here's what I need:
-Unlocked GSM Phone
-Fully functional PDA OS with ability to check and sync mail, calendar, tasks, contacts and notes with some email client (preferably Evolution)
-Reasonably fast processor and sufficient memory for multimedia playback
-Wifi (ability to install Opera Browser for mobile devices a plus)
-Bluetooth with some kind of connection manager
-Some kind of syncing system that would allow me to transfer to and from Windows as well, at least on some level (I'm trapped in Windows at work)
I bought myself a so-called Internet tablet (that's what nokia calls it). It is not a GSM Handy, so this may not be the thing you want to choose. But it has WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities. A few weeks after i bought mine, Nokia released a new version of this thing.

You may just search for Internet tablet.
Yes, I saw the Nokia Internet Tablet, but you guessed correctly. No phone = not what I'm looking for. Thanks though.
